There are many different factors that go into rhinoplasty pricing. The surgeon's skill, the difficulty of the procedure, the amount of changes that are being made to the nose, and even the geographical area that the surgery is being done in all has an effect on the price.

With all this in mind, rhinoplasty usually is in the range of $3,000 - $8,000.

What is covered in the cost? Is this just for the surgeon? Will I have to pay extra?

The fee that the plastic surgeon tells you usually comprises of three different areas: the anesthesia, the surgery, and the use of the facility that the surgery takes place at, with a bulk of the cost coming from the surgeons fees. If there are other fees associated with the procedure or something that is not covered in the cost that the plastic surgeon tells you then they should also cover that in their initial consultation with you.
